Electric material lift up to 8.5 m height
Transportable material lift with electric winch. Stable stand-alone device for transport and assembly purposes up to a height of 8.5 m.
In transport condition with folded up outriggers and removed load fork, the stable material lift has a height of only 2.17 m and a base area of 75 x 92 cm. By means of the two large air-filled transport wheels, the lift with a dead weight of 240 kg can be tipped and transported like a hand truck. Additional transport wheels allow easy loading onto a vehicle bed.
In working condition, the outriggers are folded out, the load fork is attached and the telescopic mast is extended with the electric cable winch as required. As a footprint, the lift requires an area of 1.7 x 2.07 m. All outriggers and the base frame are equipped with hard rubber wheels. Thus, the lift can be easily moved on level ground. Electr. connection 230 V. Remote control for up and down pluggable with 3 m cable.
This material lift is used for transport and assembly of e.g. ventilation ducts, beams, equipment assembly etc. on smooth floors. As a standing model, this material elevator can in many cases replace chain elevators, etc., the attachment of which is often very problematic in variable applications.
Due to the large lifting height, the maximum load is limited to 200 kg.
